The advantage of off-the-shelf components is that they’re often less expensive and they’re already available. 

Recently, we received a call from a trailer manufacturing company looking for trailer trackers that would give them all the temperature and environmental data they could use from their refrigerated trailers. We could provide them with a tracker that met their needs that’s already in our inventory. Within days, they had over 3,000 units in their factory being installed. 

Off-the-shelf solves the problem of waiting for the right designs and then manufacturing. At Eelink, we often have hundreds or thousands of these components in stock already. Also, because the designs are already loaded into our machinery, we can start up the manufacturing of them again in minutes. 

Custom/Bespoke GPS and IoT devices

When we received a call from a European auto manufacturer that they need a GPS vehicle tracker for their mid-size SUV, we could design exactly what they needed. The customer’s engineering division sent over the plans for the device, including how it needed to fit into the space and how it would be wired. 

The engineers at Eelink then designed a GPS vehicle tracker that fits perfectly into the allowed space, was easy to connect, and was durable enough for a vehicle that might be taken off road, as well as driven for tens of thousands of kilometers.

Quality Assurance

We’re strictly a wholesale manufacturer. Many of our competitors sell their own products under their own labels, literally competing with their own customers. Eelink doesn’t do that.
